1. What type of barrette/clip do you use?
We use the standard French Barrette/clasps for all of our Hairbows.

2. Can your Hairbows be washed?
We do not recommend washing the hairbows as the clip may discolor, etc.
Simple spot cleaning is recommended. You can also apply Scotchguard to the ribbon to help stains from settling on the ribbon. Hanging the bows on our Hairbow Holder is a great idea to help them to stay clean and hold their shape.

3. How can I "fluff" up my hairbow?
Simply fluff and place on a paper towel, then spray heavily with Heavy Ironing Spray Starch (foam will form on ribbon, but will dry clear) and let air dry until the ribbon is semi-stiff. You can do this over and over without it affecting the ribbon.

4. Can you make any other colors of bows?
Yes! simply send a sample of the colors you need and we will match them if possible. We can create a special and unique hairbow to match that special outfit at no extra charge!

5. Do you offer other Barrettes or Clasps for babies or toddler's fine hair?
Yes! We offer a "pin curl" or "alligator" clip if needed, however keep in mind that you can always put some hair into a covered elastic band and then clip the bow above that for a super secure hold. This helps to ensure that you little one will come home with her hairbow still in her hair!!

6. How do I know what size to order?
We recommend that you order the small hairbow for children up to the age of 5 or so. After that a larger hairbow may be better for size and the barrette size. Of course some people simply prefer a smaller or larger bow and you can order whichever suits your taste.

7. Can you embroider ANY name on a hairbow?
Yes!
